Position: Solution Architect
Location:  Remote



  • The Solutions Architect should have sound knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds. Will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using, and integrating with other systems.

  • The Solutions Architect should be familiar with and know when to use application development, integration, and other tools such as Visualforce and Appexchange products.

  • The Solutions Architect will assist in reusing existing company assets for new projects as a needed. Will also work with Account Executives in a Sales Engineering function to appropriately scope project proposals.

    • ​Functional Consulting: Lead initial Discovery, Design solution and some Configuration

    • Technical / Integration Consulting: Lead initial Discovery, Design solution and some Configuration

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years Solution Architect experience (or a similar role), excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • 10 years of full life-cycle professional services implementation experience

  • 2-3  years of advanced skills in Salesforce,, Business Analysis and Project Scoping.

  • Solid experience in Data Modeling concepts and tools.

  • Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform.

  • Experience with Kimble or other PSA solutions (FinancialForce, Mavenlink, Deltek, etc.)

  • Experience with various GL, expense and HR systems (Netsuite, SAP, EDS, Expensify, Concur, PeopleSoft, etc.)

  • Salesmanship characteristics: empathic, good communicator, leader, able to discuss money, how to be successful and prioritize the needs of the company
